Thornhill Swing Band recaptures the great sounds of the Big Band Era – a tribute to the Masters of Swing. Relive sweet memories or create some new ones Friday evening, June 22 at Metro Square and, again, Thursday evening, July 12. Also enjoy traditional highland dancing, the music of the Scottish bag pipes, and the powerful performances of mesmerizing Egyptian dance, African traditional and modern dance fusion, Caribbean folk dance, and traditional Cuban dance by consummate Cuban artist Consuelo Herrera.
