In the vast sea of e-Learning,
our approach to e-Learning is unique. Our approach to projects
is always from a business perspective. Our clients want value
and a return on their investment, and at Flawless Design studios,
our e-Learning solutions are designed to enhance your business.
We believe in a balance of form and function.
Phase 1: Consultation
Before we start, we consult with you to understand and document
the needs and requirements of your company. Consultation also
allows us to organize a schedule for the following phases....
Phase 2: Gathering Information
Gathering all necessary information is a fundamental part
of the website designing process. This allows the developer
to get a good understanding of the necessary space required
to host the website as well as the duration of the project.
The information obtained, must be reviewed, analyzed, and
structured so that an overall understanding of the requirements
for the new website can be developed.
.
Phase 3: Design a Prototype
An important activity to help gather and understand the requirements
is to build a prototype of the new website for the client
and user to review. In developing requirements for new websites
it is often easier for the client to express their needs by
reviewing working prototypes and designs. A prototype can
bring forth valuable insights from the client and/or users.
After the prototype is accepted by the client, the developing
team at Flawless Designs will proceed to developing a fully
operational website.
Phase 4: Develop a Fully Operational Website
The objective of developing a fully operational website is
so that it can undergo extensive testing. High level design
mainly consists of developing an architectural structure for
the database and user interface. The design phase utilizes
as its input the information obtained from phase 1 and phase
2.
Phase 5: Testing
After the website is designed and developed by the programmer,
a certain amount of time is allocated for testing. The main
purpose for this phase is to ensure that the website functions
correctly. The team at Flawless Designs will go through code
reviews and structured walkthroughs to make sure the website
meets client specifications.
Phase 6: Implementation
The main objective of the implementation phase is to introduce
the final product to the public for viewing and usage.
Phase 7: Maintenance
Prices include minor updating over the first month of the
contract. This covers minor price changes, product changes,
etc. It does not include major changes, such as changing newsletter
content (which essentially involves constructing a new webpage),
which is billed at our hourly rate.
